Mangiferin Function: Mangiferin is the grayish yellow needle crystal (50% ethanol). It has a variety of pharmacological activities including antiasthma, anti-tussive and eliminating phlegm, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, protecting liver, anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-cancer, anti - diabetes, antibacterial, antiviral, etc. Has good  effect for chronic bronchitis.
