Galla Chinensis Extract Description: the extract of Chinese gall extract, which is extracted from galla chinensis, mainly contains tannin and gallic acid. The tannins and gallic acid and other ingredients has more structure of phenol hydroxyl group, terminating the chain reaction of free radicals by releasing hydrogen from the hydrogen donor and binding to the free radicals in the environment, thus preventing the continuous transmission and progress of the oxidation process, it has a strong effect on free radical scavenging in the organism, which has anti-aging effect. At the same time as the free radical is cleared, protect the biological macromolecule damage induced by free radicals, maintain cell membrane fluidity and protein conformation, prevent DNA fragmentation induced by radiation, and thus has a unique role in inhibiting lipid peroxidation, cardiovascular disease, anti mutation, anti-cancer, anti cataract, etc..
