Description: Alpinia, a genus of flowering plants in the ginger family, is mainly distributed in Guangdong, Hainan and other places. It contains a variety of trace elements, B-vitamins, and amino acids. Alpinia is oval in shape, slightly pointed at both ends; the surface is brown or grayish brown. Fruits are thin and relatively tough. The seeds were irregularly oblate with grayish brown or grayish-yellow surface. It has a special aroma and bitter taste.
